1. General
These Terms govern the use of the online shop, ordering, conclusion of the sales contract, payment, delivery, returns and complaints.
2. Definitions
- Shop – the online shop available at zilvano.eu.
- Seller – PHU Paweł Polak, Krosno (Poland).
- Customer – a natural or legal person making a purchase.
- Goods – the products offered in the Shop.
3. Use of the Shop
- By using the Shop the Customer accepts these Terms.
- The Customer must provide truthful information.
- The Shop allows the purchase of products and subscription to the newsletter.
4. Orders
Orders can be placed 24/7 via the website. After placing an order the Customer receives a confirmation by e-mail. The sales contract is concluded upon receipt of this confirmation.
5. Prices and payment
- All prices are final prices in euro including statutory VAT.
- Available payment methods are shown during checkout.
- Payment is made before the goods are shipped.
6. Delivery
Goods are shipped from Poland by parcel and courier services. Shipping cost: €5, free for orders from €150. Processing time is usually 1–7 working days plus the carrier’s delivery time.
7. Right of withdrawal

8. Complaints / statutory warranty
The statutory warranty applies. Please send complaints by e-mail to kontakt@zilvano.eu. We process them within 14 days.
9. Newsletter
Subscribing to the newsletter is voluntary. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every e-mail.

11. Final provisions
- Polish law and EU law apply. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country in which the consumer has their habitual residence remain unaffected.
- Disputes are settled by the court having jurisdiction under the law.
