1. Right of withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason.
2. How to return
Send your withdrawal notice to kontakt@zilvano.eu or by post to: PHU Paweł Polak, ul. Kazimierza Pużaka 26, 38-400 Krosno, Poland. The goods must be returned within 14 days of the withdrawal. The cost of return shipping is borne by the buyer.
3. Conditions
- The product must show no signs of use.
- Where possible, return it in the original packaging.
- Please enclose proof of purchase (invoice or receipt).
4. Refund
The refund is made within 14 days of receiving the goods or proof of their return, using the same payment method as the purchase.
5. Statutory warranty
For defects the statutory warranty of 2 years from the date of purchase applies. Please send complaints to kontakt@zilvano.eu.
