When you buy jewellery online, check six things – and you won’t be disappointed.
- A precise description of materials. “Wood” is not the same as “bog oak”, and “amber-coloured resin” is not amber. At ZILVANO we name every material plainly.
- Close-up photos and scale. Look for photos with dimensions – for our pendants we give the size in millimetres, and for many there is also a photo with the measurement marked.
- Certificate of authenticity. We include one with every pendant.
- Right of return. As a consumer buying online in the EU, you have 14 days to withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason.
- A seller you can reach. We answer questions – on WhatsApp too, via the button on the site.
- Packaging. Jewellery should arrive protected in a box – ours comes in a black gift box.
