A drop of black that holds the warmth of amber.

A teardrop pendant in ancient bog oak from a deposit whose samples were radiocarbon-dated to around 7,500 years, with clear jewellery resin and natural Baltic amber. The slender line of the drop gives it delicacy, while a full 12 mm body gives it a clear presence.

The natural black of the oak and the honeyed tones of the amber work with the high-gloss resin, which reveals a different depth with every movement. The amber placement differs in every piece.
